Well, we were all right there in the room. Mom was doing the dishes and Dad was finishing dinner and both brothers were somewhere between the family room and the kitchen. All of a sudden Garrett says, "Hey how did he get up there?" Aaron had managed to climb up onto the Hearth of the fireplace which is a good 12 to 14 inches off the ground. If you look closely you can see how Aaron (at almost 12 months) climbed up onto that dark brown bolster and made his way onto the fireplace. I guess we'll have to start paying closer attention to our little climber. Of course Mom had to grab the camera as Garrett went to make sure Aaron was safe. We shot the picture then said, "No, No!"
